The Career services approach to recruitment is one of quality and professionalism by working in partnership with our clients, while respecting the needs and priorities of both clients and candidates, we are confident of meeting high level of service that we set ourselves, and that our clients demand.

However, we can only ensure that our commitment to this high level of service can be guaranteed by implementing a recruitment process, which we believe delivers the best results for all concerned.

Define the requirements:
Every search is different and each client's needs are unique. Career Services consultants work closely with the client to determine all-important aspects. Reveal is used to specify the professional contribution expected, competences and the probable background experience of candidates. A project plan, using this life-cycle model is prepared and agreed with the client at this stage.
Find the people:
Finding the best candidates takes great deal of time and effort, but in our view it’s worth it. Our recruitment activities include advertising, exhibitions, open evenings, recruitment fairs, direct approaches and personal recommendation. Our high-profile advertising campaigns, extensive presence in the market place and reputation ensure that we attract significant numbers of high caliber candidates, whatever the appointment.
Pre-selection Interview
All prospective candidates undergo a rigorous pre-selection interview with our linguistically trained staff, to asses their suitability for particular employment, and includes both written and oral tests. All aspects of the candidates’ linguistic skills are evaluated, including fluency, grammar, spelling, construction, presentation, vocabulary and accent. For specific roles, such as secretarial staff, we also test typing and shorthand speed, accuracy, aptitude, computer competence, and may even carry out Career testing and analysis. Once candidates have passed the pre-selection interview their CVs are presented to the client for their information prior to interview.
Appointment
We then arrange the interview at the client’s convenience and assist the selected candidates in their preparation.
Feedback
As part of our commitment to quality and professionalism, we believe that it is vital to get good feedback from both the client and the candidates following the interview. This not only ensures that we maintain a full understanding of our client’s requirements, but also helps us to further tailor. But it doesn’t end there. Our ongoing commitment to delivering a service that is second to none helps ensure that our clients come back time and again to take advantage of our Career Services approach once again. our services to meet their needs.

Once a client makes an appointment we make sure that it is concluded to their total satisfaction.
Our Methodology

Our recruitment methodology is well regarded as best practice, where we focus on candidate attraction and retention. It is flexible and tailored to suit specific requirements. Career Services understands the intricacies of your needs as well as the needs of our candidates. This is why our process is tailored to the specifications of the search, and as each search differs, so does the process.

We provide dedicated client account managers, who provide clear and consistent communication, and a single point of contact and interface for all issues. This allows for speed and accuracy of delivery, as well as a reduction in communication errors to and from our clients to their potential candidates
